Make herbal tea popsicles! My kids love them. They are simple, refreshing, delicious and can have great therapeutic benefits! Just prepare your favorite herbal tea, add honey, agave or maple syrup and pour into popsicle molds.
Some of our favorite popsicle flavors include:
Chamomile & Honey… this simple combination makes a nice calming after dinner popsicle (brilliant right?)
Elder Berries, Rosehips, Hibiscus & Honey… this makes a fun dark red colored popsicle. It is sweet tasting, high in vitamin C and boosts the immune system.
Lemon Balm, Nettles, Licorice & Honey… this yummy popsicle has a sweet licorice flavor. It is also high in vitamins & minerals and can soothe and upset tummy or a sore throat.
Have fun & Get creative… what kind of tea popsicles will you make?

July 18, 2013 at 5:20 pmLove all the combos esp the simple idea of chamomile and honey. I tend to make things to complicated sometimes and often the simpler the better! Yes, sounds like the perfect after dinner popcicle, total genius!

July 19, 2013 at 12:30 amI know I do that to. But sometimes simple can be so powerful. Especially when it comes to kids & Chamomile right? Thanks for reading Angela!

February 22, 2015 at 12:06 pm2 parts Elder berries, 1 part Rosehips, 1/2 part Hibiscus. Mix the herbs together. Use 1 Tbsp of combined herbs per cup of water. Steep for 15-20 minutes to make a strong infusion. Add honey to taste and pour into molds. Enjoy!
