School has started! I don’t know about the rest of you, but a big thing on my mind is immunity. I gotta admit, I am dreading the winter. Licorice Root: Sweet and delicious, Licorice is antibacterial, anti-viral and moistening for the whole body. It is good for coughs and other upper respiratory conditions.
Super Immunity Tea Blend Recipe
2 part Nettle
1 part Ashwaganda
1/2 part Rosehips
1/2 part Elder Berries
1/2 part Cinnamon
1/2 part Licorice
How to Prepare your tea blend
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Use 1 Tbsp of tea blend per cup of water. Steep 10-30 minutes, strain and enjoy! Store the rest of your bulk tea blend in a glass jar.
