Sometimes kids get scared. They may have real specific fears like monsters in the closet. Or they may have more vague fears which can present as general anxiety or nightmares. I love to go to my flower essences for times like these. There are two flower essences that can be used for easing fears.
Mimulus Flower Essence is for known fears of everyday life. Afraid of the dark, afraid of thunder, afraid of strangers…any fears that the child can name. It brings about a calm courage to face life’s challenges.
Aspen Flower Essence is for fear of the unknown. It is for overly sensitive children who tend toward anxiousness and apprehension. They may often have nightmares but cannot tell you what they are about. Aspen helps to quiet the mind and brings trust and confidence to meet the unknown.
These essences can be taken in drop doses, added to water or milk, rubbed into the skin, added to a bath or put into a spray bottle with water and sprayed around the child. To learn more about flower essences and how to use them, see what are flower essences

If not, you can shop online at http://www.fesflowers.com They have Mimulus, Aspen & Five Flower Formula (which is their version of Rescue Remedy). I hope these are helpful for your daughter!
